Innovated dynamics rear muffler delete cover, how to install?
Anyone install the Innovated dynamics rear muffler delete cover?
It didn't come with any instructions, so I'm curious if anyone else has used this product. Link: http://www.innovateddynamics.com/pro...e-frs-brz-gt86 |

i used 3 self taping screws on mine. you could probably tape it, but being on the back of the car all of the airflow on the back side of it could cause it to pull off eventually. then its gone forever. if i were to remove it and run a dual exhaust again you would not see the holes in the factory opening. you would have to be laying on your back looking up at the opening to see them. fitment is perfect. im really happy i picked up this one over the others that are out there.

They provided a bag of screws and nuts so I used them. I drilled three holes in my bumper after taping the cover in place with painters tape on the outside and inside. Then I put the bolts in from the bumper side through the bumper and cover - washers on cover and bumper side of bolt, and then Loctite medium and nut.

Full circle on this, I used 3M VHB tape because I just didn't want to drill holes.
It's been on for 2 months like this now and has survived a track day and a drive through car wash. I love it so far, it and my single exit minimalist exhaust
