Lugs wont fit

I just got my Avid-1 AV20 wheels and noticed that when I tried to put them on with the stock lug nuts i couldnt get a socket over it because it runs into the wheel. Do you guys know of lugs that are smaller in diameter so I can get a socket over them?

A lot of aftermarket wheels don't use stock lug nuts. Plenty of brands out there that make lug nuts though. Check the vendor classifieds here.

Aftermarket lugs usually come with socket that will fit into nearly any rim

Here are some options...

You can either use a thinner walled socket. I found Harbor Freight's deep well socket to be very thin walled.

Switch to extended lugs so that the lug will protrude out of the lug hole.

Some brands make 17mm lug nuts. One off the top of my head is muteki

you need "tuner" style lug nuts which have the smaller outer diameter.
