When I was looking at the one with WIN CE and then changed my mind to the T7109A they emailed me and said "you ordered the toyota universal model before if you want cap screen model you should order the toyota universal cap screen and that’s what I have sent to you"
So, I assume the T7109A is capacitive but time will tell.

2forme I want to test the unit before installing. Is the best way to get an AC transformer (we have 240V AC here) to 12V DC converter and wire that up to the Head Unit. Then I can root it and check the apps work before pulling my dash apart. If this is the best option what output transformer do I need - 12V and what other specs?
