why are you saying dropping the compression ratio to 10.5 to 1 was a mistake, we struggle with the smaller Sprintex with detonation at low RPM and have to tune the torque out of the stock motors...

The FA20 IAT is a IAT sensor not a liquid sensor...

The FA20 IAT is a IAT sensor not a liquid sensor but I agree it doesn't get a good airflow over the sensor.

Our car is still running this sensor and the IAT temps do "hang" where as our sensor...

We have tuned a few SC kits for the FA20 motor now all with ECUTEK software;

The HKS Version 2 kit is a definite upgraded over the Version 1 kit , both kits dont hit as hard at lower RPM levels...
