I wouldn't think it has to do with the sensor...everything works as it should. Headlights turn on and off as they should, they shut down after awhile if i just leave it alone.

vacuum forming would be the easiest and cheapest...

vacuum forming would be the easiest and cheapest way of doing it...I would just take the stock trim off and remove or add to it by cutting and adding body fill. once i have the shape i'd vac form...

i'm sure the reason for the exhaust sticking out more on the left is due to the midpipe pushing on the exhaust rearward...whatever the case, the hangers on the passenger side will need to be man...
