Procede, to me, just makes the BRZ feel like it...

Doesn't seem to be an issue. The rubber washers near the radiator allow that end of the bracket to flex a bit.

The bracket itself is only 1 - 1.2 mm thick and is fairly flexable.

No issue with warrantee, just remove and reload stock tune as Daemano said.

It's a surprisingly simple job, 30 - 40 mins tops (if you remove everything) then the same to reinstall after service.:)
