0) NA - Factory tune
1) Cusco Oil Cooler 2) - No data - 3) 201 F / 255 F (Converted from C) 15min session Bonus: I managed to get the temps up to 208 F / 266 F on a 30 minute session. Quote:
While I don't have hard facts we do have a really looooong right-hand sweeper on one of our tracks which normally causes issues with oiling. I've had no issues. |

NA with tune
removed the rubber seals around hood grill delete My drive to work is mostly highway and the oil temp would always get hot ont he highway- I have seen it get up to 220 F cruising on a hot doing 80 MPH. But once I did the grill delete I was surprised to see my oil temps consistently 5-10F cooler. It hasn't gotten over 210 yet and that was normal before. I don't really get it and I wasn't expecting it. My IAT is down a few degrees and I expected that but the oil temp thing was a surprise. |

So correct me if I am wrong, I was under the impression oil temps below 212F are not a good thing because you are not vaporizing water that is coming in through fuel system?
I see some above that are below that threshold. Ideally I thought oil temperatures should be in the 230-260 range??? |
