The GT86 is as practical as a small sports car can be. It has a back seat that can be used in a pinch and folded flat to allow more trunk space, it has all power amenities and air conditioning, it has traction and stability control, and it's fuel efficient! This isn't a Lotus, it's a usable daily sports car. It's also the safest small sports car out there.

If you want to steer, get the Porsche. If you want to drive, get the GT86.

honestly the cayenne is a little old. if the only thing holding you back is "you havent test drove it" dont let it. this car is extremely fun to drive. i can be in a bad mood or having a bad day. as soon as i take off, i instantly get a smile on my face. get the 86, no questions asked.

if your family is willing to fly you out, you're more then welcome to come test drive mine. after you do, i'll be willing to bet you forget all about the cayenne.
if the frs seems very practical to you, how do you describe the cayenne? just because you dont need a practical car doesnt make the car any more practical.

So im hoping to read what ur opinions are? Also does anyone know how steering feel compared to each other? Ive driven the porsche, but here in Saudi Arabia we cant test drive the GT86 because we have so many reckless drivers.

THANKS IN ADVANCE
If you have to ask which is a better drivers car... an SUV or a GT86... get the SUV because you just don't get what makes the GT86 so good and you probably never use even 6/10ths of it's potential. Not being rude, just blunt.

No disrespect but a 08 Cayenne V6 is no better than a toyota highlander. If you had to pick a highlander or a frs, what would you pick?

I wasn't using practicality against the 86. I just wasn't using it FOR the 86. For a 2 door sports coupe it's fairly practical, but it can't compare to the Cayenne's ability to move people, trek long distances, and transport stuff.

Are you those crazy Saudi Arabian drifters who goes fast and makes the car turn sideways and drives on two wheels? If so, just get the Porsche and keep the GT86 out of it.

No im not loool.

Btw people think its common to see those kinds of people, ive lived in saudi arabia my whole life never actually seen it. That happens mostly in the capital city (its in the middle of the desert) , because they have nothing better to do (NOT SAYING WHAT THEY're DOING IS RIGHT). Thank god i live on the east coast :p

The Cayenne is all luxurious and well, a Porsche, but if you'd like to see it outside of the shop, then you might be looking at the wrong car.

I loved everything about that video. Granted we would be killed and tried for vehicular homicide in the U.S. But very entertaining. OP spend your parents money on a GT86, just get the real one, none of those 16 inch wheels.
