Smoke coming from only 1 exit on dual exhaust?

Hey guys, so recently I noticed that smoke is coming from only the passenger side exit of the exhaust but not the driver side. I have a Invidia Catless Front Pipe+Greddy Evo3 Catback...The airflow seems to be a little stronger on the passenger side but the driver side literally emits zero smoke...what could be the issue here?

I would guess a poor pipe layout, but does it really matter... no lol so don't worry about it.

If the OP has smoke coming out of his exhaust, that might be more a cause than gas exit bias.

However, which side it comes out of more is going to depend more on the angles that the pipes are welded in. Since the exhaust is going to follow the path of least resistance, unless the piping is welded in a perfect "Y" you are going to see more exhaust come out one side than the other. Keep in mind that the dual exhaust in this car is functional, but mostly cosmetic. We only really need a single exhaust, but people generally prefer the look of a dual.

Perfectly normal, most every split exhaust I've installed tends to favor a side.

I love single exits. Everyone else is weird.

But again, just to reiterate, very normal. Just looks odd.

I suggest you place a rag over the exhaust pipe that most of the exhaust is coming out and see if the exhaust will go out the other side.

Maybe someone jammed a potato up the driver’s side..... ?? …..have you been messing around with someone else’s wife lately …. ??

OEM exhaust favors the RH (passenger) side too. You can really tell in cold weather.

sounds like the general consensus is that it is not a big deal.

so I tried blocking the side where smoke was coming out from and smoke started to come out on the other side. Once I unblock it, it just goes back to the way it was (passenger side with smoke and driver side with what seems to me just air)
