It's actually not that fat. I have one and it fits perfectly in the palm of my hand.

And if you want heavy, you're going to have to go big.

I currently have the Moddiction Anvil 2 in a brushed titanium finish and I think it's decently weighted (and counter-sunk). however, the website lists them at 400g which is almost half of the raceseng knob you looked at lol. to me though, it feels pretty good. I haven't used a knob heavier than the Anvil 2 so I don't have any input on any others.

Look into the Raceseng Slammer. It's 635g but it's not THAT big.

The Raceseng units are stainless steel. Most other metals are lighter like titanium and aluminum.

I pulled these numbers from a Yahoo Answer and didn't check the numbers, but here are the list of densities:

density Osmium 22600 kg/m³
density Platinum 21500 kg/m³
density gold 19300 kg/m³
density Tungsten 19300 kg/m³
density Uranium 19100 kg/m³
density Mercury 13570 kg/m³
density Lead 11340 kg/m³
density silver 10500 kg/m³
density copper 8960 kg/m³
density nickel 8902 kg/m³
density steel 7750 to 8050 kg/m³

Tungsten is probably the best bet. It is super strong and fairly cheap. Try here:

There you go. Two inch ball for $239.00. At 2'' it is just a tad smaller than the slammer and probably weighs twice as much.

Listed on their site as 671g and they're quite attractive.

Used to run one in my car. Even went so far as to Plasti-dip it and coat in epoxy resin to prevent it from getting too hot in the summer. Eventually though, I wanted a crisper feeling shift so I switched it to a voodoo knob.

*note, it's a pretty tall shift knob so it makes it feel even heavier with the added leverage. As I recall, I could slide it into gear with one finger on the very top of the knob.

We have an Anarchy Motive knob in our FR-S and our 2015 Mustang. They are weighted perfectly and the fit and finish is top notch. Here's a picture of the custom one he made for us right before SEMA:
