What is your favorite driving road?

I just recently picked up a 2013 whiteout Frs, and I'm love this car! I thought I would miss the power coming from a Mustang gt but honestly I really don't, especially when I get on back roads!

Which brings me to my question what's your favorite road? My go to is mud mountain road out in enumclaw Washington. Tight road with lots of corners and not to much traffic! The down side is lots of driveways off the road around blind corners so I don't get to crazy going through there.

I've probably done half of the roads listed in western WA. My favorite had to be going up to Sunrise on Mt. Rainer. Oh the twisties~

Going to tackle the road to then past Paradise once spring/summer opens up again.

Honorable mention is North Cascades Hwy. Did it twice in each direction and while not that twisty, provided beautiful scenery.

I discovered this route going from my guard unit in Redmond to my home in chehalis. I5 backed fuck up so I took a longer detour from Redmond to Morton and over. Wooded almost all way rivers lakes hardly traffic. I was going 60 in a 45 road when a cop out of thin air comes at me from oncoming slams his breaks but can't turn around on narrow road fast enough I'd have been long gone.

Probably taking it again this weekend.

People driving too hard and crashing introduced speed bumps to this road.

My favorite road was a road in auburn/pacific that they closed due to lack of city funding. one way up/one way down.

Road & Track tested the Audi S3 out there a while back, is this on the same roads?

"If you're looking for a road to nowhere in particular, you can hardly do better than Route 165 toward Carbonado, Washington. The narrow two-lane flirts with the Carbon River for a few miles before vanishing into Mount Rainier National Park. The road grows tighter, hugging canyon walls that were cut by the river below over eons. The S3 is nervous over the uneven pavement, skipping and bouncing across bumps and dips. "

Germantown is a bogus driving road. Wayyyyy too many people, too dangerous (to others) with the bikers/hikers abound, and speed bumps ruin any semblance of fun.
I'd sooner recommend McNamee Rd just a few miles to the north: Much longer, no one there, and just so flowy. HOWEVER, I got pulled over last time I was out there. I guess the residents have been complaining about speeders and local patrols are paying more attention to the whole Skyline Blvd/West Hills area. So maybe don't go there.

Good road at the right time of day, but still, lots of driveways. I prefer Rocky Point Rd further NW along Skyline road. It drops you just South of Scappoose. Safer to push a bit harder and a lot less driveways. Have to watch for bicyclists, but man, what a road. Not a good time of year at the moment, but wonderful when the road is dry and clean in the summer.
