setting timing after chain removal?

Hey guys, a friend bought a 2013 limited brz that has been in an accident. Long story short the motor needed some work and he took the timing chain plate off, took the right side chain off and rotated the cams without marking or anything. Im new to boxer motors. Is there a walkthrough i can follow to get this thing back to tdc and timed? Where the marks are, which piston is #1 etc. Any info appreciated.

Thanks guys.
