BRZ Limited Keyless FOB Battery Dying?

I've noticed recently that I have to get closer and closer to the door to open it. I've had the car over 3 years so the battery dying seems like a definite possibility. Anyone had this issue or know how to replace the battery? Do I need to go to the dealership?

Usually you can pry open FOBs and replace the battery inside. My parents' Highlander's FOB ran out of battery about 4 years after it was bought. It's essentially the same FOB as the 2013-2014 Subaru BRZ and FRS.

Edit:

Mine died on my 2013 after 2 1/2 years or so. Real fun when you don't remember what the manual says about shutting the alarm off, and starting it then! LOL

I have replaced both of mine in my 2013. Little over 2 years.
