What has been your experience with Tirecrazy.com?

Just wondering if my situation is typical of this company or for some reason they just don't like me. So I ordered a set of xxr 530's from Tirecrazy.com on 8/31 after I ground up my stock wheels on a jersey barrier, price was amazing 450 for 4 wheels with FREE SHIPPING! All the reviews I found for the site were positive immediately recieved an email that my order was processed. By Thursday I hadn't recieved a confirmation of shipment so I emailed customer service and was told they had a lot of orders over the weekend and we're working hard to catch up. Friday,-nothing, Monday-holiday, Tuesday-nothing, so Wednesday I emailed customer service again and politely asked for an update on my order, was told my order was shipping out that day and would receive an email with a FedEx tracking number. Well that didn't happen, Thursday - still nothing, finally this morning I received an email saying my order was processed and would ship within 24-48 hours, along with 4 FedEx tracking numbers that obviously don't work because they haven't shipped yet. Meanwhile I can't drive my car cuz the wheels and tires are all busted up. I think that ends my rant, sure the price was good but is it really worth a (possibly) 3 week wait?
