Konig Oversteer 18x8 + 18x9
Updated Back to Square 10/03/18 : New Pics on last page.
Leaving these staggered pics up. The free lug nuts that came with the wheels rusted. So I ordered gold 55mm Lugs. Off topic, but I have to mention the other mods... I also ordered the PU lip kit. I prepped, primed, and painted it myself. It came out ok, the color is a little thin in the middle of the lip. It WILL get scraped and repainted. lol. Painted the inner lip plastidip black. I also hand cut the fog "mesh" to be a real vent and painted them gold. I used a heat gun and sharp razor carefully heating each "batwing" before cutting. Cut like butter! Sorry about the bugs... Staggered Wheels, Non- Staggered tires. The front wheel and tire combo are less than my finger width from the spring perch, approx 1/3inch) (It wont slide between them) I'm really happy with the way they fit. Konig Oversteer 18x8 +45 245/35/18 MPSS 18x9 +42 245/35/18 MPSS Eibach Pro Kit Springs. Front. .Rear. Last edited by Leonardo; 10-03-2018 at 04:23 PM. |

pretty. That seems to be one of those wheels I am not crazy about on the website, but in real life they're really nice looking! Bravo!

Why stagger/non-stagger?
Why no profile shots? No more vertical pics please. |

Of the whole car so we can see how it sits. And how the tire sits on the front vs rear.

Yeah, they are factory BRZ vents. The "swastica" 86 logo bothered me every time I looked at it. I bought them off a guy with a blue BRZ. I purchased primer, paint and clear all in spray cans and painted them myself. You can buy spray paint with the factory code paint from here: http://www.automotivetouchup.com/spr...t_matched.aspx |

Looks really nice, but the only problem I have with a staggered setup like that is since the rear tires wear down about twice as quick as the fronts, evening out the tire wear is not possible with a staggered setup. A different option would be squared setup with extended studs and spacers in the rear to set the desired rear track width....

Yeah it all depends on how you drive... I average about 10k for a set of tires. If I don't rotate at every 3k-4k miles the rears are more than twice as worn down as the fronts when it comes time for an oil change at nearly 7k.

Thanks for posting! I almost went with these wheels, but couldn't find any decent pictures of them. Look great on the car. Any difference with the 8 and 9 inch width? Concave face at all? Tough to tell from those pics.

I edited the first post. I added "front" & "rear " under two of the photos. You can kinda see the difference. |

Getting wheels inspired me to get new exhaust tips, and paint my orange markers. I also figured out that the aux output for the stock deck has to be turned on, when the deck is off. I had the stock amp running high-level in to my sub amp. (a terrible way of hooking it up) finally figured how to turn it on... I'm sure that has been covered somewhere... |
