Perrin drop in filter and Intake tube + TRD Exhaust.

Is this a good combination? I was thinking of getting CAI but i've been reading that i might be better with drop in air filter + intake tube (trd exhaust system which i have installed already.) Any feedback base on experience would be very helpful thanks.

I believe the trd is just a cat back so I don't think it does anything in the way of additional performance. From what I've been reading a drop in high flow filter is a good choice saves you money instead of buying a new intake as stock one is very good and you will get same results pretty much.

Yeah, trd exhaust doesn't add any Horsepower. I'm to get extra from drop in air filter and the intake tube from perrin.

A tune would be the first place I would start if you want to spend money and get a better running car. OFT or ECUtek look it up

Since you already have the exhaust installed, to make your car sound more powerful, I'd just go with a drop in free-er flowing air filter and call it ...... modded .....

I'm not sold on those "slick" intake tubes, but, I got no data ....

+1 intakes not worth the cash unless you like the looks same goes for intake tubes, just do the drop in filter pretty much same gain as an intake.

Their is little power in modding these cars NA

have a read of the Basic Bolt on Mods Guide link below will answer most of your questions.
