SPL LCA's Mount Point Questions

I picked up some SPL LCA's when I got my Flex Z's and got them put on today. The Sway bar end links were a bitch.

I mounted the shocks and sway bar links in the middle upper holes. I know what moving the shock mount point in and out on the control arm does, but what are the lower set of holes there for? What does moving the sway bar link in or out do?

In = more leverage on the swaybars. Out = less leverage. The less leverage the stiffer it will feel and vice versa. The lower holes are there, I think, mainly so you wouldn't need shorter or adjustable endlinks when you lower the car, although they will change the amount of leverage minutely.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if it had the same effect on the sway bars as moving the moint points in and does for the shock.
