Questions about spacers/converters.

Couple questions..

Are 25mm spacers any more safe than a 25mm 5x100 to 5x114.3 converter?

Anyone here ever run 30mm spacers? Experience? Tips?

Also, would running the same wheel (offset width and all) all around/square but different sized spacers, let's say 15mm front and 25mm rear, make it handle weird/as if it's staggered?

I'd think of extended studs aswell, given mentioned spacer thicknesses.
