Amp Remote wire issue

Last week my door speakers decided to stop working, my system is stock and wanted to get an AM amp.

I installed the amp today and noticed that the remote wire line throws voltage when the car is off activating the amp, and then goes to 0v when I turn on the car and the amp turns off.

Has anyone had this issue before, and could it be caused by a faulty HU

I am having that issue in my 2014. replaced the amp with an alpine 445U and when I start the car the door speakers do not work. I shut it off and start up again and they work fine. very odd. has to be something to do with the remote wire.
