Automatic stock wheel in a Manual FR-R?

I was just wondering if the stock automatic wheel would fit on a manual car, if other than the paddle shifters it is the same. Of course I wonder if I can merely remove the paddles or what would need to be done. Thanks everyone!

i dont see why not. the manual wheel doesnt have any electronics attached so should be able to just pop it on (and remove pedals cuz they pointless)

SupraSerious- Have you tried this?

While driving in my FR-S, I was thinking how I could make it better. I have a 79 Celica and the horn buttons were on the front and back of the steering wheel, right about where the paddle shifters on the FR-S steering wheel would be, within reach of my thumbs and fingers.

And so, I got to thinking, why not install an automatic steering wheel and wire the paddle shifters to the horn circuit. It is a much more convenient place for horn buttons rather than punching the center of the wheel.
