R-magic Intake pipe

http://www.86worx.com/r-magic-intake-chamber.html

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this? I know there's no gains...mostly I like the look. But I can't find any information on it (not in english anyways). easy install? any CEL issues? etc etc.

also looking at the SARD carbon pipe, which looks like a basic replacement

Much help is appreciated.

Don't we already have enough whales in our engine bay? What's the point of buying a $350 intake tube? Why not just go get a good intake like the GS or Perrin?

What's the point? I'm suspecting is because he wants to.

To stay on subject, I haven't heard anything positive nor negative about it, but it looks like a nice piece and I'm thinking the "bubble" has similar characteristics as the OEM box as when the butterfly shuts, more air stays closer to the throttle body instead of returning it back to the filter, so is readily available instead of "sucking" it back from the front of the car. Jeez, I hope that made sense.

You want velocity on incoming air, and that chamber looks terrible for that.

If you want more power and the complete carbon fiber intake system. We have our Takeda intake.

Why do people buy that silly ARC intake? People like to say they spent a ton of money on a part. For their $25K car. *shakes head*

And for carbon fiber it's a $600 part

I have always wondered if a larger volume between the filter and throttle plate would be good for responce. That said the shape of this intake pipe looks counter intuitive for good, smooth, low resistance airflow.
