Consider keeping what you have and put money towards a tune

Changing front pipe/overpipe gives only small gain once you already have decent header. Changing front pipe to catless or hi-flow metalized cat can also make your car loud and raspy in combination with catless header.

best gains would be with canned tune for arround $500

see Basic Bolt on Mods guide link below

Yes, the openflash tablet is one method of getting an OTS tune. ECUTEK is another method. I agree with what's stated above, the gains from the front pipe and over pipe are marginal, especially the over pipe. If you do decided to get either I would go with the manzo or topspeed versions as they are affordable and performance will be similar since it's negligible anyway. Also, as stated above though changing out your front pipe will likely increase rasp and noise, especially if going catless.

Here dude read for hours- http://www.ft86club.com/forums/index.php
You will get more help there as well.
OH, and for future reference a title of "Help Help" doesn't do much good since we don't know if you are being held hostage, your cat is stuck in a tree or you are looking for info on exhausts.

If it's only loud during cold starts, your tuner should be able to reduce that for you (or you can do it yourself using OFT and romraider).

If it's too loud all the time, then adding an OP/FP will not help. Your CBE and/or header are simply too loud.
