i was almost gonna pull the trigger on this one but the way it doesn't fill up most of the space mounted on the dash just looks weird to me. it would bother me way too much. but congrats on the purchase. it's a great unit.

I recently my IS300 headunit with this exact same one, I found it that it did not push my stock speakers as well as the OEM head unit. Ive played with the EQ setting and while it sounds better, I feel as if there is something left on the table.... Any ideas?

Just got this installed and having issues. Installer cannot figure out what's wrong.
Wondering if anyone has had the following issues: 1. Delayed start ... sometimes it takes 60 seconds before the unit turns on after I start the car. This typically happens in the morning after the car has been sitting for a while. Once the car has been started once, then it comes on right away. Already tried swapping head unit. 2. Sporadically get the following error during startup "... system detected improper connection of parking brake lead ...". I believe the sw bypass was activated. Installer says its normal and to ignore it but I can't believe this is true. Thanks! |
