No, they don't have the lights. Does it mean they are FRS visors than ?

Yes, they are. No single flaw in these visors.
I bought them thinking it would fit my 04 sti. It just didn't sit flush in rest position. So I decided not to use them. Pic of the seam, no visible stitches. :  v

It costs $205 for alcantara wrapping + $140 for the sun visors + shipping.
