Highly unlikely to be the concept.
Remember, the concept was revealed with an EJ20 Turbo. The audio you hear during the presentation at the end is strikingly familiar, a la BRZ GT300. Listen to even a few clips and I'm sure you'll agree. |

STi Concept was the ej20 from the gt300.
Not turbo at all.
