Black housing the front turn signal or impossible?

I don't see many people doing their black housing for the turn signal in the front. Is it possible to do it the same method for the headlight ?

Yes same method as headlight should be a little easier since the signals are 3x smaller lol.

The reason why people don't paint the housing inside the turn signal is because its not a projection lamp and it relies on the mirrored finish to project the light. Painting it a solid color takes that away. That's why I painted mine in black chrome because it still retains the mirrored finish, its just darker.

I might paint mine since I have retrofitted turn signals onto my headlights
