TireRack Option suggestion ? are they serious?

SO, i use the FR-S and click on optional 17" tires/rims -- and i get the following setup

I would love to see what that looks like, but wouldnt it be goofy to have it setup that way ? i wonder how they come up with this mathing combo ??

Tire Size:
Front: 215/45-17 | Tire Size
Rear: 255/40-17 (change)

The site sucks and is not updated for the BRZ properly. Long story short, I ordered a set of 48 offset Kazera Black in 16" to match some 16" Dunlop snow tires I had. Received all four, test fitted on car, put tires on, test fitted, all good. You need to be smarter than their website.

why in gods name would you use TireRack's suggestion tool? I usually try to get AROUND it to find wheels that it doesn't want to put on my car.

"Shop for tires by size" is the only button that exists on tirerack as far as I am concerned.

If you notice something wrong with their suggestion tool, message them about it (http://www.tirerack.com/about/contact_form.jsp). I did once and they fixed the site using my suggestion a couple of days later. You'll be helping others who don't know not to trust the suggestions.
