Wheels selection available on TireRack

Hope its not already posted but wheels selection are now available on TireRack. TireRack FR-S Wheels

I really like the Kosei K4R. I have them on my BMW and they are so light. Too bad for the FR-S they only have 17X7 but its only 14lbs . Maybe I'll get them and just stick with 215s but mount them with RS3.

Only allows sorting of 17" wheels and no vehicle view yet. No wheel options for the BRZ at this time either.

Ah well, it's a start.

How long have you had the Kosei's? You've had a good experience w/them?

RPF1's only 15.4 lb. in 17x8. Perfect for 235/40-17s...

Nah, you can sort 17", 18", and 19". Select View All THEN select the diameter you want. Basically...if it fits a WRX, it should fit the twins.

I could have sworn everything including "View All" was grayed out yesterday but that may not have been the case.

No, you can change the filter and bring up both 17" and 18".

So far I love it. Had it on my 330ci for about 2 months. They are extremely light and my Bimmer now feels so "light on its feet". Love the way they look also. The grey looks good on a white car.

Tire Rack is listing 18s for the BRZ. For a couple they're listing rims specifically for the rear too.

Have you always been able to filter by weight? I just noticed that. Makes looking through the rims a lot easier.

I love the weight of the RPF1s and Alleggeritas. BUt I don't like how the RPF1s look and I've always thought the Alleggeritas look kinda boring. But for shaving over 4lbs per corner, I might just make an exception..

Dammit... every time I think I've decided on a rim I change my mind..

1) Yes.
2) RPF1 is a functional but ugly wheel.
3) Really? I've always liked Alleggeritas. Just subtle enough for my taste.

I'll always pay more for function AND form. Someone make nice (semi-affordable) forged wheels in 5*100 PCD, 56.1 hub bore, and say 17*8 +45 please.

1) I feel silly now.

2) Yeah, just wish it wasn't so ugly...

3) I think I just don't like rims where the spokes don't connect to the barrel.

I have been able to see 17 and 18 wheels and tires for the BRZ for about a week.
