just wondered how popular they were to be honest

admittedly its early days for this kit yet

Do you know if Cosworth are releasing the small pulley kit to run this charger more aggressively?

These kits will offer the same great quality, and reliability Cosworth has been offering for years. They are very proud of their products and the price reflects it, but i can vouch for their superior products and is worth every penny. For any serious inquiries please contact me and we can get it ordered and shipped to you quick

to be honest I don't think the kit is bad value as when you price up equivalent kit it looks reasonable
a sprintex kit is $4700 for the intercooled version
Plus the 3 bar omni map sensor $107
Plus the conversion harness to move the air temp sensor post IC core $200 ?
temp sensor to go with above $80
tune to go with SC $1000?

grand total of $6087 vs $6500 for the Cosworth
which has all the add ons listed above as standard

plus the IC cores on the cosworth are about 4 times the size of the sprintex kit so no issues with heat soak

I'm more interested in how far you can push this kit and when Cosworth are going to release the small pulley kit to allow more boost - although this may need a built block to go with it

This!

You cant compare the sprintex with the Cosworth kit becuase the Sprintex cannot handle track abuse.

I asked Cosworth about thermal stability and their response was that on a 25C day (and high humidity) they NEVER saw more the 10C rise in post intercooler intake temps on a track with a 3/4 mile straight. Their test car was hitting 150MPH reportedly.

The kit is designed to handle the max capacity of the SC (~380HP) so there is ALOT of thermal headroom running at 280HP. This explains the tiny 10C temp rise in intake temps.

I would suggest this will massivley improve reliabilty long term as well.

Looking forward to stage 3 to be released in the summer
