Have they been installed or are they new, do they include all supplied hardware (everything you received from Racer X Fabrication), and is the powdercoating scratched or damaged in any way?

They have been installed but not on my car, but were installed on another car for a short period of time. I changed my wheel set up and didn't need them anymore. Everything needed to install the LCA's is there and nothing is damaged. The powder coating isn't damaged either, but the paint doesn't look the best on it. Kind of blotchy. I can take up close pictures in the day time tomorrow
