Brake Ducting CHEAP!

While browsing brake upgrades, I became interested in some ones very reasonable ducting DIY guide. I also read this not too long ago and am impressed. We may be working too hard? After reading, I looked under the FRS and our 2008 Yaris. Surprise...the same set up exists on both cars. I have not tested the system, but am curious if this is well known and any before and after stories exist. Very interesting! All inputs welcome!

Effective brake ducting directs a large amount of airflow to a very small, precise area of the rotor where the veins begin. From there, the air is drawn outward to cool the rotor. It does not send air to the caliper area in general.
Regardless, brake ducting is something only beneficial on a racetrack. Regardless of how hard one drives a twin on the streets, one can avoid overheating the brakes and therefore brake fade and fluid boil with proper pad selection and maintenance.
