anyone know if an MSD dashhawk will work?

I have a msd dash hawk that I use in my Mazda and its great. I can live monitor and data log pretty much any sensor in the car. Its a discontinued item so I'm not sure if its working on new cars. Can't decide if I should sell it or hang.onto it. Anyone try it on a brz yet?

They just plug into the OBD port don't they? If so, what protocol(s) does it read?

I have a friend who has an MSD Dash Hawk, and we tried it in my FR-S. It works nicely; I forgot to write down all the stats it was able to read, but it had plenty of them. I saw RPM, intake air temp, and the thousand-PSI reading of the direct injection fuel pressure, along with a bunch of other readings. The best part was that the collection interval was very fast; much better than the slow collection rate on a ScanGauge II or PLX DM200 that I've used before.

I'm disappointed that it's discontinued; I want to buy one, or something with that level of functionality, along with the high collection rate.
