Cheap exhaust tip option

I wanted to replace the exhaust tips without spending too much money since I plan on getting a cat back eventually. Here's what I bought from Adv. Auto for under $30 out the door for 2 tips.

To each their own. I don't get it. Why not bigger diameter at least?

Also, this should be under Cosmetic Exterior, not Engine/Exhaust/Transmission since this serves no functional purpose.

Ever hear of the saying "If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all"?

Just because you don't like the response doesn't mean it's "not nice".

I'd say these three responses to my simple heads up to others looking for cheap exhaust tips are not considered constructive. I'm not a person who needs to justify my choices to online opinions, I just wanted to add something positive to the forum unlike you three jokers Have a good day.

Well, they are better than the stock ones. I had some Walmart cheap tips - made by Pilot - on mine for about 6 months... until one of them decided to say screw it, I'm out. At 60 MPH. On the interstate. Luckily, traffic wasn't thick and the poor bastards behind me had plenty of space to avoid it. That could've ended badly. Check the bolts regularly and be VERY careful not to strip them. They are cheap and strip easily, which is why mine came off!
