I bought 55w 6k HIDS but they don't light up.. Do I need to order the relay harness?

We need a little more description.

A relay is a good idea though.

Have you checked fuses? Wiring?

Garage
1) Do you have HID projectors, or are you running stock projectors?
2) What brand did you get?

you sure you didnt plug in the wires backwards/flipped around? and 55w is unnecessary. a good 35w kit will be more than sufficient.

Assuming that you wired everything right does the halogen still light? If no you should check fuses. If yes you didn't wire it right. 55w is unnecessary. But now that you have it you probably want the harness for reliability.

Fuses work. I plugged the old ones and they light up no problem.

Try flipping the plug that you plug into the stock harness thingy. I'm running Kensuns no problem.

Did you clip in the other cord hard enough? I forgot the name but you have to push it in really hard.

Make sure to adjust the beams using the two Silver/Grey knobs on the back of the headlights. When I first installed I somehow screwed them to point all the way down. Screwed them up and now I get highs flashed at me every night readjusting tonight.
