Cold air intake
Hey guys, I have a 2014 brz, that I'm looking to finally modify. To start off, I want to start with buying a cold air intake, anyone have brand suggestions they recommend. I'm new to all of this, so I would greatly appreciate

Perrin and Grimmspeed both make good ones. But TBH you probably just want to start with a performance drop in filter. A CAI really doesn't give you all that much gain for the money especially without the proper tune and MAF scaling. Are you looking for performance or just sound?

Well in the long run I'm looking for both performance and sound. I know in the future I want to tune the car ,but once I've done more things. But I'm barely starting to do things now after owning the car for a year

I don't know how the smaller Perrin does without a tune, but I imagine it's similar to the GS at best (I know the larger version requires MAF scaling, just don't know if the smaller one really also does or if, like the GS, it's fine without.) C |

You're in luck! Cause this car already has one ![]() But no, seriously, there's very little gain to be had and you money is best spent elsewhere for the time being. |
