I clock in at around 41 highway cruising at 65ish, but then the devil on my shoulder starts whispering to me... "but rob, you bought a sports car not a prius. Isn't your foot getting tired? Don't you want to push it all the way to the floor?"

Don't know mine yet since I just got it today, but I did notice that apparently 127 MPG = infinity. Or at least it tops out at that going down a mountain regardless of rpms during engine breaking.

I've gotten between 29 and 32 on my first 3 fill ups. about even split city/freeway basically as a lot of my freeway time is bumper to bumper. Combine that with going up and down hills the whole way and my foot isn't exactly light either. Lol

Its nice to know you can cruise this like a honda civic , but when you're boored you can punch it and hear the 'music' of the boxer engine...

i love this car.

i only wish they would of put about 6-8" more so that the rear passengers (sometimes) can move their foot around.

but i dont know, Im sure the engineers at Toyota put that into consideration somewhere... b

Ok, I'm a bit puzzled/concerned. My commute is anywhere between 12 - 15 miles each way and it's pretty much 95% city (i.e. stop n go). Currently the only thing I have installed on my car is the Airaid intake and I'm averaging 16 - 17 miles per gallon. Now I know city driving drinks gas, but is it supposed to be this bad??? I'm puzzled. Can anyone offer some suggestions?

BTW, I'm at 1,400 miles on the odo and just checked the dip stick and the oil level is good and the color looks like new. Planning on changing out the oil & filter at about 2k with Royal Purple 0w20 and install the Perrin CBE. Still I don't think I should be seeing such low numbers in milage. Anyone else seeing anything similar?

On the bright side, less $ for gas = more mod money when you get yours back.

I can get 40mpg from mine on the daily commute, 25-ish on the weekend, and an average of around 33.

I'm averaging about 26-27 mpg with about 60% highway 40% city. I guess it's because there's always traffic when I'm driving city so sitting in idle brings it down fast.

I'm averaging 37mpg on my current tank and for the life of the car I'm getting a 35.5mpg average. Not bad when it's rated at 25/30 for the manual.
