Base radio modification (Bluetooth help)
I am wanting to make a mod to the base headunit, but I haven't been able to find a wiring diagram to help.
How can I disconnect the speed sensor that triggers the radio to limit options? I am carrying two phones for work and I need to switch Bluetooth connection on the go sometimes. Unfortunately I can't access the Bluetooth menu in motion. My workaround is to turn off Bluetooth on the phone I don't want, turn it on to the other phone and key cycle while in motion. (Manual transmission btw) this hard power down resets the Bluetooth connection and I can switch phones. It's a real PITA and it would be easier to switch in the Bluetooth menu. Any suggestions on what wire to pull for the speed sensor to the radio on the base HU? |
