Safe to wax new car paint?
I've always been told that you aren't supposed to wax new paint. Is it different for factory paint?

Your car was painted in march. I wouldn't consider it brand new anymore. It's completely fine to put wax over it. I'm sure your dealer already did when they delivered your car.

Also, factory paint is baked at very high temps vs aftermarket shops. Curing time isn't an issue.
