Delicious Tuning is the way to go for a custom tune.

Short version (for those with ADHD): Bill at Delicious Tuning is great and delivers excellent customer service.

Long version: After over a year of wrangling with a vendor who-shall-not-be-named (but he has his own sticky), I finally got around to installing my Innovate SC. After contacting several "Master Tuners", Delicious Tuning was the only one to respond in a timely manner.

They answered all my tuning questions and even helped me out with mechanical troubleshooting. How's that for service, especially as I only purchase the tune and license key from them? And all this over the holidays!

First tune was delivered right before Christmas, an update right before New Year, and the last one a few days after New Year. Add in a dozen or so stupid questions on my part, and Bill responded promptly every time, invariably with very helpful advice.

I highly recommend Delicious Tuning for your BRZ or FR-S!

I would like to make the comment, that we do answer all the questions that people have but sometimes I do get inundated with literally 100+ emails in a single day. Just keep that in the back of your head when you do not hear from for a couple days.

First and foremost is making sure I answer everyone's questions and responding as quickly as we can Monday-Friday. Problem we have is sometimes it does take longer than one might hope and we do apologize in advance for it. Being I deal with 100+ emails a day sometimes I can lose track and miss and email, so you are more than welcome to resend your email.

We are working here to refine our business a bit more in 2015 and have a more streamline process for faster response times and better overall customer experience.

Thanks for the feedback,
William Knose

as you told you are a programmer i think converting emails to a private web forum or ticketing support system will help customers.

i can remotely do these web services for you with no charge.

Private web forum is a good idea actually. The ticket system we tried but was not working as well as we had hoped so we dropped it.

We are working on something else that we believe might be a bit better, but a forum is an option.

Thanks for the input,
William Knose

Dear William
my limited experience shows building a web site as scratch is not the best solution. i prefer customizing solutions like customizing a good forum (like vbulletin).

thay are so stable, more reliable for customers and have lot's of plugins and ...

as we know you are so busy but i think a active weblog is a good thing for Delicious tuning. many customer questions will find their answer in your weblog. i never worked with perrin company but i find very good and informative articles in jeff blog like working with ecutek.

i guess answering questions with email will waste your time.

excuse me for long advice :-)
