Toyota 86 2013 revving too high?

Hey guys I just bought a Toyota 86 basic which is a manual. It's been driven only 30,000km. I wanted to ask, when I was driving it on the highway at 140km/hr and keep it stable at that speed, the revv is 3500 rpm. That's on 6th gear. Is that normal? If not, what is the solution? Thanks in advance

Thanks a lot guys. I was worried because my Nissan Altima is 2.5 and gives me 2500 rpm on the same speed. Guess I bought a good car then!

It's normal with 4.1 Final Drive

Not sure there is a different transmission spec in dubai or not but in japan u can pick either 3.7 or 4.1 final drive.

The magazine I got in japan have a chart for rpms with different tranmissions

*if u got an 86 with AT, the rpm is basicly the same as ur optima" =)
