Good looking Summer tires?

I have Falken Azenis PT-722 in 235/40-18 and I think they're really ugly, the sidewall is too "complex" with patterns and typing, but mostly I hate the shoulder tread, it's just bleh and to me it breaks up my car's look.

I like the look of the Continental ExtremeContact DW's, I want the look of those cars that have the real clean sidewalls.

Recently I learned it's probably because the tires I'd like to have are summer tires and I currently have all-season thus the ugliness haha.

If you have Summer tires, can you share pics so I can see what they look like? How do you like them?

To each their own, but obviously OP is more interested in looks than performance.

Maybe I should say something more...

I have all season tires now, in a state that doesn't have all seasons. Basically a lot of sun and 2 months of rainy season. I don't have to worry about snow or ice being in Arizona. The tires I have aren't great with performance, they slip a bit more than I'd like as a matter of fact, and Summer tires have more rubber on the road generally thus better performance, so going from all season to summer would actually do more for me.

I thought you jerks criticizing me would know that? Guess not.

The looks matter because it does to me, and summer tires look good to me, also who cares what you think, mind your own business and don't say anything if you want to troll.

IIRC Falken tends to have LESS on the sidewalls than many - including the options posted above. Certainly less than the Conti's I used to have... however, the Conti you point out looks similar to the Falken, except that it has more letters so they're smaller (and most pics are pretty low profile, to boot...) The higher performace ContiSportContact 2 SSR seems to have more on the sidewall.

Your request is so subjective that your best bet is likely digging through photo galleries and/or tire sites looking for a tire that might suit - in fact, find a tire, then search for pics of it on a BRZ...

The tread on the Falken is a little bizarre.

What's your budget? I'm rocking the sexy Michelin PSS's in the same size as yours... many people swear by these, and for good reason. They actually don't look too different from your Falkens but, honestly, some tire shine will make any sidewall look way better

I like that but maybe a little too high price point for me. I don't know why I crave that show car look with the tires that have almost no lettering on the sides and look super clean sidewalls, I just do!

I can only guess they use track tires thus have almost no treads to em. Maybe I'll just go to the Pav's on Saturday and snoop around haha.
