Automatic FR-S BRZ top end AFR
Does anyone know if there is a solution, by tuning or such, to fix the rich afr mixture that occurs in the automatics once past 6k rpm?

Whats your Long Term Fuel Trim ? at high rpm if it off then you likey need to scale maf sensor especially if you have aftermarket intake. of you may have intake air leak at maf sensor or downstream from maf sensor or exhaust leak near or before O2 sensors |

I found the vehicles wideband didn't agree with my dyno, you can adjust the vehicles wideband scaling. I Set the commanded where I want it and then trim the o2 sensor until it agrees with the dyno sensor and the learned values are close to zero.

I plan on getting openport with flash ecu, would I be able to assist those values in Romraider or would I have to get custom tune done by a shop.

Alright so if I understand correctly the mixture is not actually rich it is just displayed rich on the dyno, and if so why the power loss up top compared to mt?

its not as easy as leaning it out to produce power, generally you will just get knock, which the stock tune already does on anything but the best fuel. the amonunt of timing advance you can run has the biggest effect on power and this is determined by a lot of factors such as fuel octane fuel air ratio injector firing angles port/direct injection. unless you have considerable experiene in tuning i would suggest you use asystem that comes witth tunes or get a tuner to do it.. |

tuned stock cars probably run a bit leaner high 11 low 12 at higher rpm/load get the tuning solution that suits you needs/wants not necessaray the cheapest or dearest one. OFT is middle of the road gives you device to flash comes with tunes and they are not locked so you can tweak yourself get another tuner too tweak it. you can flash back to stock anytime or flash updated tunes, it can also be unmarreied from you car and onsold as a complete package Tactrix/ecuflash if you know what your doing and prepared to do lots of reading/learning. does not lock anything will read/write any brz/86 provided a locked tune not written to ca you can self tune with ecutek/brzedit as well if you buy the required licences/cables ect or go to tuner if you just want it tuned and be done with it, but many tuners will lock their tunes so they can only be adjusted or read/written by them some dont but ecutek licence is locked to your car and cannot be onsold only the cable can so it only writes to car you have licence for. |

See my thread on AT and E85 tuning. Adjusting the load limits solves a lot of the problems with the fueling on the AT, caused by the extra load the AT generates. This way you can eliminate the leaning out around 6400rpm and thus make your MAF scale leaner in that area, so a little bit flatter AFR.
