Ticket (citation) question
I have received tickets before with incorrect information and was able to get it dismissed. Was wondering if it would be the same case if they put "toyota" instead of "scion" under car descriptions would be something that could be dismissed as well? (speeding ticket btw)

In some states (I'm in CA) Toyota is what is listed on registration and insurance. Does yours list Toyota or Scion?
