Ticket (citation) question
 

I have received tickets before with incorrect information and was able to get it dismissed. Was wondering if it would be the same case if they put "toyota" instead of "scion" under car descriptions would be something that could be dismissed as well? (speeding ticket btw)

In some states (I'm in CA) Toyota is what is listed on registration and insurance. Does yours list Toyota or Scion?

Suggestion: when breaking the law, don't get caught.

No, you will not be able to get out of ticket.

Sure, you can challenge it...but unless the cop no shows or fails to put the ticket in...you will be paying the fine.

Also, are you one of those guys who put Toyota badges on your Scion?

no I still have my Scion badges. Looks like i'm not squeezing out of this one :(
