Best, longest running, dyno shops in Orange County CA?

Hi,

Looking for suggestions for the best places to get dyno runs in (baselines and also after each mod I do).

Preferably in south oc, but north oc is no problem at all since it's close too. Even la is not much a problem.

Best, meaning longest running and most established (because there's a better chance these shops will still be around and still in business in the future and I can still use the same dyno for several years to come ..for consistency), fair prices and also import/86 friendly staff.

I know Dynamic is pretty old school and been around forever, but idk if they still do dynos at their new shop. Looking for similar shops ...maybe around for 1-3 decades in business.

Thanks

xo

Church Automotive. They are the premier tuners on the West Coast. They are also known to have high dyno readings, but people fail to realize they are providing an output value of calculated flywheel horsepower. The Dynapack is also good in a way where you can tune for partial throttle and many other parameters as well. Shawn and his guys have been around in the industry longer than most and have a reputation of tuning cars very well.

D Sport Magazine has an AWD DynoJet in house that you can also use for before and after. I have a couple customers that use this dyno. Just look up their address online and you should be able to find them pretty easily. Right by the 73 and the 405.

Cheers,

Good idea. I actually knew a few guys that I heard started working there ages ago. Idk if they still work there and haven't talked or seen them in 10+ years.

Is DSport usually open for public or customer use? I didn't know that. About what do they charge per dyno?
