Rattling / Freeplay through the pedals.
This has been reported by several people, including myself, just wanted to see how many of you guys have the same...
When rolling slowly over bumps, like dropping off a kerb or over a pothole, sometimes speed humps there is a disconcerting knocking or movement felt through the pedals. Mostly felt when you have pushed the clutch to the floor. The sensation is not felt at speed. The other day I found that when sitting stationary, clutch pushed down and I wiggle the steering left and right aggressively I can feel the clutch pedal move very slightly under my foot, like a knocking! This is fairly weird as the clutch pedal and steering should really be connected in anyway. Wiggling the steering does cause movement to the front of the car, so it could still be the engine mounts moving around. I'm baffled. Anyone in the US getting similar?
