STI Pedals installed!

I purchased a set of OEM AT Sti Pedals and decided to give it a go on the BRZ. The brake pedal installed perfectly, while the accelerator will require some work for me to get it just perfect. Here's how they look for now:

The set I bought did not come with a dead pedal replacement. However, I have seen them. I am debating whether or not I will disassemble mine and paint the black plastic red or not. For now it is what it is...

Guys....

Before the BRZ, I had 5 manual transmission vehicles in a row, including a heavily modified 03 WRX, 91 JDM Swapped SS Turbo Legacy, and a 09 Sti. I am no strainger to MT vehicles. The BRZ AT is hardly your standard slush box and I commute ~90 miles daily.

I have also been through the labor intensive install of 2 clutches in my old WRX, it sucks. Unless you track your car weekly, the AT does not limit the driving experience.

Let's keep this thread on topic. Sti Pedals are also available for MT Subarus although I cannot speak to whether or not they can be made to work on the BRZ.

End rant.

Lol I hadn't driven stick in a while either before I test drove the BRZ. They were adamant that they don't let people test drive the car, so I was extra careful to not stall during the test drive lol..

Looks good. I'm tempted to fit the STi Legacy pedals as they are a more low key on the cherry blossom red.
