Door Window Weather Stripping/Seal
So... over the last few months, I've noticed that the right-side window... when 100% up, was pinching the weather stripping for about a 3"-4" area. When wet, moisture would build up between the edge of the window and the seal... and with enough moisture (I'm in the PNWet), a small amount of moisture would drip into the cabin.
![]() Now the left-side window is doing the same thing... and to add to the moisture issue, there is a squeaking sound where the pinched area is on the stripping. If I take 2-3 fingers and push up hard on the area that is pinched, the squeaking stops. So... took the rig in for the 22K maintenance and had the dealership take a look at this issue. They have ordered replacement stripping (seals) and will replace the original. Stay tuned on how this plays out...

this is a somewhat common problem and is likely to do it again over time. Someone posted that the cause is that the window is angled too far in at the top which puts too much pressure on the seal when the window is rolling up. There is supposed to be a window angle adjustment screw/bolt somewhere behind the door panel. He said he adjusted the window and so did the problem.
My passenger side window has been doing the same thing. But I'm not too willing to pull off my door panel to try to fix it. I just don't use my passenger window very often. Good luck with it

Thanks for the links to the other posts. I did a search on "Window Weather Stripping Seal" before posting... I didn't get any hits.
If MOD wants to move this post to the 10+ page post... feel free.

You need to take some armor all and put it on a towel land apply it to that strip so it's nice and lubbed up that's what I did and it stopped

I had a similar issue, my driver side door seal started leaking air and was pretty noticeable on the highway. Dealer just replaced it.

Update...
Dealership ordered replacement rubber... took 3 days to arrive... made appointment and after dropping off the rig... job was complete in less than 3 hours. New rubber is working great... no rubbing, pinching, etc..
