They've been doing 1 season = 1 book so far, so they're getting towards the end of "A Clash of Kings". They'd better start stretching them out though, or they'll catch up to old man Martin in season 5.

I read somewhere that season 3 will only cover half of A Storm of Swords...
I was so excited when I first heard HBO had optioned this series. I always hoped there would be a movie, but I see now how much more of the story a tv series can tell. I'm about to watch episode 9 now

Actually he's been writing for the actual shows too so if anything sits slowing him down. They've been combining certains parts from the books into seasons. But I'm sure it'll work out. The shows just a supplement for me anyways I'm all about the books now.

It feels like season 2 just started and now theres only one episode left! Cant wait for the S2 finale but Im already dreading the wait for season 3.
