2015 Subaru WRX S4

http://www.torquenews.com/1084/annou...-subaru-wrx-s4

"Subaru announces all-new 2015 WRX S4 sports sedan, to be introduced in Japan on August 25. What makes it special?
Subaru is at it again and has just announced they will unveil an all-new 2015 WRX sports sedan called the “WRX S4”. This came out of nowhere from Subaru and they haven’t let this leak out anywhere before now. The Japanese automaker is super secretive about any of their future plans. They have just released this teaser image of this new 2015 WRX and tell us its going to be more sophisticated than the new-generation 2015 WRX that has just made its global launch. But what will set this new WRX apart from the current model?
Top AWD performance
Here’s what we know about the the new 2015 WRX S4. It will come with Subaru’s excellent Symmetrical all-wheel-drive system for optimum driving performance on the road, track and off-road driving situations. This will be no surprise coming from Subaru who specializes in all-wheel-drive vehicles and its one of their core values for the brand. We don’t know if it will have any enhanced AWD characteristics over the current 2015 WRX. Subaru says it will have top AWD performance.
New-generation EyeSight
The 2015 Subaru WRX does not offer their new-generation EyeSight safety system, but this new WRX S4 will have it as standard equipment. WRX S4 will come with the new-generation EyeSight that features color stereo cameras that deliver an approximately 40 percent longer and wider detection range, brake light detection and can now fully function when the speed differential between the Eyesight equipped car and another vehicle is up to 30 mph, up from 19 mph. This 2015 WRX S4 will be the safest sports sedan on the planet.
More luxury for the WRX S4
What the new 2015 WRX S4 will come with next will make it more sophisticated than ever before. It will have a more “high quality feel” is what Subaru tells us. This will likely include more luxury and comfort in the cabin of the new 2015 WRX S4 sports sedan. The new WRX S4 will move more upscale than the current WRX performance car. Look for more high-quality materials and more high-tech features on this new WRX S4 performance sedan
A smarter WRX S4
Subaru doesn’t tell us much about why they say the new WRX S4 will be smarter than the current 2015 WRX, but they tell us it will come with "superior environmental friendliness." We can only guess that this means the new WRX S4 will be powered with a new Boxer powerplant that will be more fuel-efficient. Subaru says the new 2015 WRX S4 will fuse these four core attributes together to come up with new more sophisticated WRX performance sedan. Look for the new 2015 Subaru WRX S4 to be officially unveiled in Japan on August 25. Stay tuned to Torque News for the latest Subaru news."

I heard somewhere they were looking to redesign to bring it closer to the concept from a few years ago. Maybe thats what this is. Doubt it, but I could be wrong

So it's basically going to be a WRX with more safety features and slightly better efficiency, but probably weight more and have less overall performance. That what it sounds to me.
